The track Space Dance was suppose to come out about 5 years ago. It started as a concept, to take the essence of Italo and modify it to create relevance for a new generation. Created in one of those dark and stormy New England winter nights, it captures the essence of what SPUTNIQ is all about. Oscillating between the abstract soundscapes of the Italian Discomagic label and the sonic qualities and melodic complexity of Philadelphia’s Salsoul records. The very first SPUTNIQ release, accompanied by a brilliant production underpinning and alternative interpretations by a few very talented friends. Let the future begin!
